The terms and conditions apply to the supply of all goods sold by NZ Consumables IT Supplies Ltd to the customer.
Consumer Guarantees Act
If the goods have been acquired for business purposes the terms of the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply.
The only warranty offered by NZ Consumables IT Supplies Ltd is the manufacturers warranty accompanying the goods and in no event shall the liability for direct or consequential damages exceed the price paid for the goods.
All prices exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) and freight and are in New Zealand dollars only, NZ Consumables IT Supplies Limited reserves the right to update prices, specifications and policies at any time without notice. We make great efforts to ensure the prices and specifications of our goods are as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, given the nature of the goods we supply, the availability, price or specifications of goods can change rapidly. We therefore accept no liability should any of the goods be unavailable or if prices or specifications differ from those presented on this web site.
Returns Policy
A request to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of supply.
If the goods have been accepted (for credit or refund at the sellers discretion) they must be returned at the buyer's expense in original condition and packaging with the original invoice.
Any goods that the seller has agreed to a return may incur a restocking fee of up to 15% off the initial invoiced price. Please Note: Choose your product carefully as once opened we will not accept any returns unless they have become faulty.
Delivery Time Frame
Delivery for orders New Zealand wide. For urgent service or bulk items (ie. Commercial printers), additional freight charges will apply. All deliveries are shipped either via NZ Couriers , Courier Post or PBT Couriers generally please allow 2-3 days for Rural Deliveries.
All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to NZ Consumables IT Supplies Ltd within 7 days of the date of delivery.
Where products appear to be damaged or missing please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to ensure delivery of products is on time, but will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising in any way from delay in delivery.
